This machine is one kind of conveying and packaging line for wooden pallets which is mainly designed for the finished AAC blocks. The whole mould of product will be moved onto the wooden pallet at one time by means of clamping device for finished products for further conveyance, distribution and packaging on this line. This machine has such characteristics as automatic distribution by the control of computer, precise positioning during conveyance and automatic separation of loaded wooden pallets, in which case it is convenient for packaging and subsequent shipment.
1. Centerlines of two chains will be spaced at 550mm. total distance between centerlines of chins will be 1100mm.
2. Chain surface will be in elevation of 653.6mm above the mounting foundation.
3. Distribution Reductor: GS57-0.75kW 15r/min Drive Reductor: GR77-2.2kW 22r/min
4. Drive Chain: 16A P25.4 Carrier Chain: 20A P31.75
